Delivery & Refunds
Last updated 16 October 2026
How the work reaches you, how to cancel if you are a consumer, and how refunds and problems are handled. Your written proposal adds the details of your own project.
What you receive and how
What is delivered. Avontri supplies a service: the design and preparation of client materials. What you receive is set out in the written proposal and is delivered electronically, as PDF documents and the agreed editable source files, sent by email or as a download link. Nothing is sent by post.
Form setups. Where a project includes setting up an intake form, the form is configured in your own agreed tool and handed over there, with a short note on how it is set up. We do not host forms or collect answers on your behalf.
When it arrives. The schedule is agreed in the proposal and depends on the scope and on when the materials you supply reach us. If something you expected has not arrived by the agreed date, write to us and we will resend it or explain where things stand.
Revisions. The revision allowance is set out in the proposal. Changes beyond it are agreed, and priced, in writing before any work on them is done.
Cancelling a project
Business and consumer customers. If you buy as a business, there is no statutory right to cancel, and ending a project is governed by the proposal and the Terms of Service. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel set out below, and nothing in our terms takes it away.
Starting work within the 14 days. We begin work during the cancellation period only if you expressly ask us to, and we record that request in the written confirmation of your order. You keep your right to cancel. If you cancel after work has begun, you pay for the work done up to the time you tell us, in proportion to the whole.
Wording set by law
The wording is the model text from Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, with our details filled in, the footnote choice for services taken, and the two passages about goods left out, because we supply none.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (AVONTRI CLIENT START LTD, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
How to cancel. Tell us clearly that you are cancelling: write to us by post to our registered office, AVONTRI CLIENT START LTD, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Wording set by law
The model cancellation form from Part B of the same Schedule, reproduced word for word. Only the addressee is filled in.

Refunds and putting things right
Refunds after cancelling. If you cancel within the cancellation period, we refund what you have paid, less the proportionate amount for any work you asked us to begin, no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision. The refund uses the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you are not charged any fee for it.
Other refund arrangements. Anything beyond this, for example for a business customer or for a project ended after the cancellation period, is set out in the written proposal.
If something is wrong. If the work is not done with reasonable care and skill, or a delivered file is faulty or not as described, tell us. For a service, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives a consumer the right to have the work done again or, if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction. For digital content, the remedies are a repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Nothing on this page affects those rights.
Paying and currency. Payment is by invoice in pounds sterling (GBP); the payment methods and due date are set out in the written proposal. Card payments, where a proposal offers them, go through a secure payment page run by a payment provider. This website does not take payments.
Questions and complaints. Write to us by post to our registered office, AVONTRI CLIENT START LTD, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ. The Terms of Service explain how a complaint is handled.
