Services

Five ways to give new clients a clearer start.

Avontri helps small service businesses prepare the materials a new client needs to get started. We turn project requirements, existing notes and brand assets into clear welcome guides, intake questionnaires and practical resource checklists.

Each project starts with the way your business already works: what you need from a client, what they need to know and what happens next. We organise the content, design the agreed documents and, where included in the scope, set up a simple intake form in an agreed tool.

Client Welcome Guide

A branded guide covering how your project starts, what your client needs to prepare and where to find the agreed next steps.

What it includes

  • Structuring the agreed text
  • A cover and inner pages
  • Contacts and useful links
  • A PDF and an agreed editable source file

Points to note

The number of pages is fixed in the written proposal, so the guide covers what was agreed rather than an open-ended page count.

Project Intake Form

A focused questionnaire that collects the information your team needs before work begins.

What it includes

  • The logic of the questions
  • Grouping of the fields
  • Clear explanations beside them
  • Required fields and a confirmation screen

Points to note

The form is set up in a tool you already use, agreed in advance. We check what that tool can do before form setup goes into a proposal.

Connections to a CRM, automations, email delivery of answers and file collection are not included unless they are agreed after that check.

Client Resource Checklist

A clear checklist of the files, decisions and details a client needs to provide for an agreed project.

What it includes

  • Categories of materials
  • How each kind of file should be supplied
  • Explanations and the order of steps
  • A PDF and an agreed editable document

Points to note

The checklist follows the scope you agree, so it asks only for what that project needs.

Coordinated Client Start Pack

A welcome guide, an intake questionnaire and a resource checklist designed to work together.

What it includes

  • One shared structure
  • Consistent wording across the documents
  • Design in your house style
  • Link checking and handover of the materials

Points to note

Setting up an online form is part of the pack only when the written proposal names it.

Existing Pack Refresh

A practical update to welcome documents and questionnaires that have become inconsistent or difficult to use.

What it includes

  • Working from the pack you already have
  • Reworking its structure and design within the agreed scope

Points to note

A refresh is a single piece of work, not ongoing support or a subscription.

How a quote is agreed

The result is a coordinated set of digital materials your team can reuse when starting a new client project. The deliverables, file formats, revisions and schedule are agreed before work begins.

Every project is quoted on its own agreed scope, so there is no price list. This is how the quote comes together.

You send an outline
What your service involves, how a new client project starts today, and which documents or form you have in mind.
We check the form tool, if there is one
Form setup goes into a proposal only after we have confirmed what your current tool can be configured to do.
You receive a written proposal
It sets out the scope, deliverables, file formats, revision allowance, schedule and payment terms, and the price in pounds sterling as the full amount, with any taxes that apply included.
Nothing starts until you accept it
Work begins once you have accepted the proposal in writing and we have confirmed the order. The Terms of Service set out the rest.

Describe how your client projects begin today. The outline is enough for us to suggest a scope.
